2. Pricing and Transaction Terms

All product prices displayed on our website and in-store are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are clear and final, with no hidden fees or additional surcharges. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment Verification

Once your payment is successfully processed and verified, your order will be confirmed immediately. You will receive an official confirmation email from our official address within 24 hours, containing order details, the purchased dress(es), the payment amount, and your order reference number.

If your payment is pending, fails, or requires manual review, our team will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue and proceed with the order.

4. Unpaid and Pending Orders

Orders with incomplete or failed payments will be held for 24 hours. If payment is not completed within this holding period, the order will be automatically cancelled to release the inventory for other customers.

5. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We do not charge any refund processing fees. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies by bank or payment service provider but typically takes up to 10 business days.
