Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; any requests for modifications or refunds must comply with our official refund and return policy.

Transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption, and we do not store complete customer credit card information. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, primarily via UPS. Bulk or large-volume orders will be delivered by truck, with delivery times confirmed in advance. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All return, exchange, and refund processes for women's apparel strictly adhere to our published refund and return policy. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached. Any disputes arising from online shopping or services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved within the jurisdiction where our store is located.
