This policy outlines our official guidelines regarding order processing, cut-off times, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, delivery partners, order cancellations, and tracking for all online purchases.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are inspected, packed, and processed within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and store closures. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak sales seasons or promotional events due to high order volumes.

2. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once an order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, delivery restrictions in remote areas, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Boho Prep offers free shipping on all orders within our service area. There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs for purchasing any women's dresses or apparel.

5. Delivery Coverage Area

We currently provide shipping services to all states and territories within the United States.

6. Delivery Partners and Special Item Delivery

We have designated UPS as our official exclusive delivery partner for all standard orders of women's clothing and dresses.

For large, oversized, or bulk orders, we will arrange professional truck delivery services. The delivery team will contact you in advance to confirm a specific delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid delivery failure, returns, or additional logistics charges.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund without charging any additional processing fees. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped; any subsequent requests will be subject to our standard return and refund policy.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time status and location of your package on the UPS website.

If you have registered an account on our site, you can also view shipping progress and order details directly within your account dashboard. If you do not receive a tracking number within three business days of payment confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
